Do you ever feel like your mind is so crowded that you can’t find a clear thought?

You’re trying to focus, to push through, yet everything feels loud, jumbled, or just too much. In those moments, you’re really just looking for a reset—somewhere to breathe, to sort things out, to feel grounded again. You want direction. You want clarity.

A cozy waiting room with two large windows, one with blinds closed and the other open showing fall foliage. The room has a green armchair, a dark blue sofa, and a small black side table with a tissue box. There is a beige patterned area rug, a brown ottoman, and a bookshelf with decorative items. The wall has framed certificates and a sign that reads 'Everything is figureoutable.' A floor lamp with green glass shades and a wooden ceiling light are also visible.

Therapy is the calm that helps you reconnect with your thoughts, your body, and your sense of direction.

When you slow down and let your nervous system settle, the noise starts to quiet. Your decisions become more intentional. And you’re reminded that clarity is possible, even when life feels overwhelming.

Integrative Approaches

  • Psychodynamic therapy helps us understand the “why” behind your emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and inner experiences. We explore how past relationships, formative experiences, and learned coping strategies shape the way you navigate life today. This deeper understanding allows you to make meaningful, lasting changes—not just in how you feel, but in how you relate to yourself and others.

  • Attachment theory helps us look at how your early relationships influence your current experiences, especially in areas like trust, closeness, communication, and emotional regulation. By understanding your attachment patterns, we can identify what feels familiar, what feels challenging, and what might need healing. This work often brings clarity to why certain relationships feel difficult and how to build healthier, more secure connections going forward.

  • Mindfulness brings a gentle, present-moment awareness to the therapeutic process. It helps you slow down, notice your emotions and internal reactions with more clarity, and stay connected to yourself during difficult moments. When paired with psychodynamic insight, mindfulness allows you to understand your patterns and experience yourself differently in real time—creating space for change, compassion, and choice.

  • While my foundation is psychodynamic, I integrate cognitive behavioral strategies when they support your goals. CBT helps us identify unhelpful thought patterns and gently shift them toward more balanced, grounded perspectives. When combined with psychodynamic insight, it becomes a powerful way to address both the root of the pattern and the day-to-day impact it has on your life.
