Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate • LMHCA
My mission is to provide compassionate counseling in a safe, nonjudgmental space, allowing individuals to find calm, clarity, and the courage to heal.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens when we feel supported and genuinely understood.
I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach, so my philosophy comes from a deeply human approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strength-focused therapies.
Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the lasting effects of trauma, my goal is to help you reconnect with a sense of possibility. I provide a steady, compassionate presence and offer practical tools that honor the whole person—your story, your strengths, your identity, and your hopes for the road ahead.
My training has allowed me to help clients explore the complexities of self discovery, identity, stress, self worth, attachment, boundaries, and emotional patterns.
I approach every session with attentiveness and respect, honoring both the challenges you carry and the resilience you’ve already shown.
Over time, as I navigated my own life transitions, I realized how meaningful it is to have someone walking beside you who listens, understands, and helps you find your way.
Someone who listens without judgment, helps you make sense of what feels overwhelming, and encourages you to trust your inner voice can make all the difference.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

As a therapist, I value…
Presence
I believe real change begins when clients feel truly seen and heard. I show up with attention, curiosity, and compassion so you never have to navigate your challenges alone.
Collaboration
Therapy works best when we work together. I honor your lived experience and partner with you to find approaches that fit who you are, not a one-size-fits-all model.
Empowerment
I strive to help you recognize your strengths, reclaim your voice, and make choices that move your life in the direction you want. My role is to support your growth—not define it.
